特氟龙网带是以悬浮聚四氟乙烯乳液为原料，浸渍高性能玻璃纤维而成，是一种高性能多用途的复合材料新产品。

Teflon mesh conveyor belt is made of suspended PTFE and impregnated with

high-performance glass fiber. It is a new product with high performance and versatility.

1、耐温性，用于-70℃～260℃度之间；

2、非粘着性：不易粘附任何物质；

3、耐化学腐蚀，能耐各种有机溶剂的腐蚀；

4、尺寸稳定、强度高，具有良好的机械特性；

5、抗弯曲疲劳，可用于较小轮径；

6、耐药亮剂性、无毒性，几乎可耐所有药剂物品；

7、特氟龙网带防火阻燃；

8、透气性：输送带的透气率、减少热源耗费、提***燥效率。

产品用途  Application

（凡需要热风流场合及热加工传送条件，均适合使

用铁氟龙网格输送带）

1、纺织、印染：印花烘干、漂染布烘干、面料缩水烘干、无纺布烘干等烘道、烘房输送带。

2、松式烘干机、胶印机、UV光固机、纸张过油烘干、紫外线烘干、塑料制品丝印烘干等烘道、烘房输送带。

3、其它物品：高周波烘干、微波烘干、烘烤、包装物品热收缩、一般含水份物品烘干、熔剂型油墨的快速干燥等烘房导带。
